In a recent appearance on Tucker Carlson’s show, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and X, stated that there is no serious intention to harm Vice President Kamala Harris. He made this remark while sharing a deleted joke: “Nobody’s even bothering to try to kill Kamala because it’s pointless. What do you achieve?”
Musk further noted that no one has attempted to assassinate President Joe Biden, asserting that such actions would be futile.
Despite acknowledging that he often criticizes Harris, Musk humorously speculated about the consequences he might face if she were to win the presidency in 2024, asking Carlson, “How long do you think my prison sentence is going to be?”
Carlson remarked that Musk would be in trouble should Harris take the White House after the upcoming election.
The two also delved into various topics, including the diminishing influence of religion in the U.S. Musk observed that as religion declines, people often fill that void with secular ideologies, which he likened to a “woke mind virus” that is embraced with zeal akin to a religious belief. He identified himself as “culturally Christian” and reflected on his early experiences attending both Anglican Sunday school and a Jewish preschool.
The interview touched on a broad range of subjects beyond Musk’s support for Trump, including his efforts to provide Starlink services to Hurricane Helene victims, discussions about high-profile client lists, California’s governance, the leftist push to decriminalize certain behaviors, and what role Musk might play in a Trump administration if the campaign is successful.
